Hi, I’m Melisa Sweet, the person behind MSweet Fitness. Active in sports, fitness & nutrition for most of my life, I quickly realized the effect my chosen lifestyle had on those around me and my ability to encourage others to lead healthier lifestyles as well. My passion to help people make a lifestyle change that includes fitness & healthy nutrition is evident to everyone who knows me. I became aware that many people have the desire to be “in better shape”, but don’t know where to begin, what to eat, or how to workout to reach their goals– this is the reason MSweet Fitness was created. My hope is to teach anyone interested simple fitness and nutrition tips that have worked for me and others who have followed these programs. My goal is to help YOU make a lifestyle change towards good health through encouragement, discipline, and principles that are proven to work!
